ReSound Vivia CROS Transmitter MicroRIE is an advanced wireless solution for individuals who experience little or no hearing in one ear. Using Contralateral Routing of Signal (CROS) technology, the transmitter captures sounds from the side with hearing loss and wirelessly sends them to a compatible ReSound Vivia hearing aid worn on the better-hearing ear.
