Featuring 12 intelligent sound-processing channels, the Key 477 NP BTE automatically adapts to changing listening environments, improving speech understanding while reducing unwanted background noise. Technologies such as Natural Directionality II, DFS Ultra II feedback cancellation, Noise Tracker II, Wind Guard, and Synchronized Soft Switching work together to provide comfortable listening in both quiet and noisy surroundings.

Powered by a size 13 zinc-air battery, the hearing aid offers dependable multi-day performance with quick and simple battery replacement. Its Normal Power BTE design supports hearing losses from 20–100 dB and provides comfortable amplification for everyday communication.

Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity enables direct streaming of phone calls, music, television audio, and compatible wireless accessories from supported iPhone® and Android™ devices. Users can personalize hearing settings, adjust volume, change listening programs, and receive remote hearing care through the ReSound Smart 3D™ App.
