Equipped with 6 intelligent sound-processing channels, the Key 288 HP BTE automatically adapts to changing listening environments, helping improve speech understanding while reducing unwanted background noise. Advanced technologies including DFS Ultra II feedback cancellation, Noise Tracker II, Wind Guard, Natural Directionality II, and Synchronized Soft Switching provide comfortable listening in both quiet and noisy environments.

Powered by a size 13 zinc-air battery, the hearing aid offers reliable multi-day performance with simple battery replacement. Its High Power BTE design is suitable for hearing losses ranging from 30–110 dB, providing strong amplification while maintaining comfortable all-day wear.

Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity enables direct streaming of phone calls, music, television audio, and compatible wireless accessories from supported iPhone® and Android™ devices.
