Equipped with 8 intelligent sound-processing channels, the Key 388 HP BTE automatically adapts to changing listening environments, enhancing speech clarity while reducing background noise. Advanced technologies such as Natural Directionality II, DFS Ultra II feedback cancellation, Noise Tracker II, Wind Guard, and Synchronized Soft Switching work together to provide comfortable listening in both quiet and noisy environments.

Powered by a size 13 zinc-air battery, the hearing aid provides reliable multi-day performance with simple battery replacement. Its High Power BTE design supports hearing losses from 30–110 dB, delivering strong amplification while maintaining comfortable all-day wear.

Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity enables direct streaming of phone calls, music, television audio, and compatible wireless accessories from supported iPhone® and Android™ devices. Users can personalize hearing settings, adjust volume, switch listening programs, and receive remote fine-tuning through the ReSound Smart 3D™ App.
