ReSound Vivia CROS Transmitter MicroRIE is an advanced wireless solution for individuals who experience little or no hearing in one ear. Using Contralateral Routing of Signal (CROS) technology, the transmitter captures sounds from the side with hearing loss and wirelessly sends them to a compatible ReSound Vivia hearing aid worn on the better-hearing ear.
This technology allows users to hear conversations, environmental sounds, and important auditory cues from both sides without needing to turn their head or reposition themselves. The result is improved speech understanding, greater situational awareness, and enhanced confidence in social and professional environments.
The compact MicroRIE design offers discreet behind-the-ear comfort and a modern appearance. Built with rechargeable lithium-ion technology, the transmitter provides reliable all-day performance while eliminating the need for disposable batteries.
Compatible with LP, MP, and HP receivers, the ReSound Vivia CROS Transmitter seamlessly integrates with ReSound Vivia CROS hearing systems and supports advanced wireless connectivity features, including Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast-enabled environments when paired with compatible hearing aids.
