ReSound Nexia CROS Transmitter NP BTE is an advanced hearing solution designed specifically for people with little to no usable hearing in one ear and normal or aidable hearing in the other ear. Utilizing ReSound's latest wireless transmission technology, the CROS transmitter captures sounds from the non-hearing side and wirelessly sends them to a compatible ReSound Nexia hearing aid worn on the better-hearing ear.

The Nexia CROS Transmitter features a comfortable Behind-The-Ear (BTE) design and supports both Classic Hook and Thin Tube configurations, allowing flexibility for different fitting preferences.
